Aluminum die casting is a process of casting metal like aluminum by forcing or pressing under high pressure into the mold chamber. This mold chamber is made or fabricated using two hardened steel or iron that have been machined into different shapes. Most die casting is made from aluminum as corrosion-resistant, highly conductive, light, stiff, smooth, etc. The perfect examples of aluminum die casting are like wheels used in vehicles, car parts, mechanical devices, etc.
